The Government funding is being jointly provided by the Departments for Education, Health and Culture, Media and Sport, and will see money going directly to primary school head teachers to spend on improving the quality of sport and PE for all their children.
The sports funding can only be spent on sport and PE provision in schools.
This year we received £16,860. This is based on a £16,000 flat rate, then £10 for every eligible child.

We swim at Bottisham pool. Currently, our Year 6 students have been and 78.6% of them can meet the standard of swimming 25m using a range of strokes.
