Admin Assistant

We are seeking an efficient and friendly Administration Assistant with excellent communication skills. You will ideally have relevant experience working in a school office and can meet the demands of this busy environment with professionalism, enthusiasm and humour where no two days are the same.

 You will be good at multi-tasking and happy using a range of software applications. The role includes maintaining our student database, keeping track of and ordering resources, filing and photocopying, administering first aid to children, communicating with a wide range of people via email, telephone and face to face, and undertaking any required tasks relating to the everyday running of the school.

Training and support will be given to the appointed candidate as necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity making a significant contribution to the smooth and efficient running of our school.

The role is for 16 hours per week (to be worked on Monday 8.30 until 3.30, with 1 hour lunch break, and Tuesday to Friday from 8.30 until 11.00) term time. Additional hours may be available according to the needs of the school.

Teaching Assistant role 1

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated Teaching Assistant to work primarily in our KS1 classroom part time from 15th April 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter. This post is for 12 hours per week (to be worked 10 – 12 Monday to Friday, including break duty, plus 2 hours one afternoon) term time only. Additional hours may be available according to the needs of the school.

Teaching Assistant role 2

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated Teaching Assistant to work in our Foundation Unit part time from 15th April 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter. The successful candidate will work directly with a pupil in school. This is a temporary post in the first instance for 9 hours per week (to be worked 8.50 – 11.50 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) term time only. Additional hours may be available according to the needs of the school.
