Piece of Cake 10k run 2019

29th June 2019

The Piece of Cake 10km (Saturday 29th June 2019)  event runs through the beautiful countryside of Great & Little Wilbraham. The race is a mixture of on and off road and at the end everyone gets to have a slice of cake made by Great British Bake Off finalist Ian Cumming.

The race will start at 9.30am and will be signed and marshalled with a water station half way along. At the end as well as your slice of cake there will be water and a banana. There will also be a cash BBQ and bar available as the Great Wilbraham Primary School fete is the same day. With this in mind, please feel free to bring the family along too so they can enjoy the bouncy castle, food and other fun & games.

This is 2nd time we have run this event so we are considering it to be advanced test for greater things to come! But please don't expect chip timing and other 'big run' events - just think about the slice of cake at the end! The price for entry is a suggested donation of £10 or if you would like a lovely “Piece of Cake’ medal then it is £15.

Parking is relatively limited in Great Wilbraham so if you are able to lift share then that would be much appreciated.
Look forward to seeing you on the day but if you have any questions please contact pieceofcake10k@gmail.com.
